Location: Mystic Yoga Shala - Quiambaug Cove - 107 Wilcox Rd. Stonington CT

Learn proper paddle technique, efficiency in and out of the water, and proper execution. Clinics start on land and move quickly into the water. Implement a new exciting workout or enjoy a peaceful paddle. $40 per person / 6 spots available.
