The mission of the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce is to be an advocate for business and tourism; to promote business alliances; to provide valuable benefits and services to our members; and to serve as a strong community partner in the economic development efforts in the Greater Mystic area.
The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, member based organization which is run by a dedicated team of three full-time and three part-time staff. Although our Staff maybe small, we are mighty and pride ourselves in developing and fostering relationships with our members and the community.
Whether it is producing long-time successful events like the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival, writing letters of support to local government or officiating an official ribbon-cutting at your business we value what we do and what you do.

The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce represents the voice of over 750 business members throughout the region. Founded in 1937, the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce has achieved many accomplishments on behalf of the community and our members. The Chamber acts as a unifying voice in a community which draws 60 percent of the state’s visitors to our region. The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce participates in many local and state agencies advocating for our members and our community. We are governed by a 21-member Board of Directors representing businesses which showcase how diverse our membership is.
