Uplands Energy Solutions

The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Westerly-Pawcatuck Area Chamber of Commerce and Uplands Energy Solutions have developed a unique program to assist members with energy efficiency.


Natural daylighting is one of the many means for dramatically reducing energy use in buildings.

This unique program will assist chamber members with energy efficiency and address how they may fund energy improvements. The goal to reduce energy consumption, thus making companies more competitive. The Chambers program provides members a one-stop shop resource for understanding and implementing energy solutions that improve their bottom line.

Uplands Energy Solutions will work with companies to deliver planning services free of charge, engineers to identify energy efficiency and renewable energy measures a business can implement and help analyze these options, and identify potential funding sources. After the measures have been identified the businesses can work with Uplands to implement these measures.

Energy-efficient buildings use less energy, cost less to operate, and improve comfort, saving money for homeowners and businesses. Reducing the need for new power generation and decreasing harmful emissions improves the environment and strengthens America’s energy security. The Building Technologies Program’s investments in innovative technologies and practices are creating better buildings today.
