Calling All Arborists & Elves: We Need You!

Don't disappoint the children! We're in search of the perfect holiday tree for the Mystic River Park. It must be lush and symmetrical from all angles, between 25-30 feet in height, easily accessible from the road for removal, and in close proximity to Mystic. Mystic Shipyard will handle removal and transportation of the tree. If you know someone who would like to donate a tree that fits the bill, snap a picture and forward to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Help us out and we'll be sure to give you a BIG shout-out!

Share and Find Local Events with CORE
Do you use the CORE Regional Calendar? CORE (the Calendar of Regional Events) is a free online calendar that makes planning and finding events easy. Calendar listings are shared between the Chamber, New London Main Street, The Day, the Southeastern CT Cultural Coalition, and many other eastern CT businesses and organizations.

With these organizations sharing one common calendar, it is faster than ever to find cultural, sporting, educational, and business events near you. The calendar also assists in your organization's event planning by displaying upcoming events from other entities and businesses, so no more worrying about overlap. Get started viewing and submitting events at no cost whatsoever at
